Q6. What is mid-night delivery?
Delivery will be made between 10 pm to 1 am on mentioned / asked delivery date
Q7. What date should I select for the mid-night delivery?
You have to select a date prior to the occasion date. For example; if the occasion is on 25th March then you have to select the date of delivery as 24th March for a midnight order.
Q8. What is Standard delivery time?
Standard delivery time is a general delivery time in which any specific time delivery is not guaranteed. Our standard delivery time is between 8am-8pm; your order will be delivered anytime during this time slot.
Q9. What is same day delivery?
In Same day delivery, you can place the order now and can have order delivered today.
Q10. What is normal courier delivery?
Your order will be delivered through our different logistic partners like blue dart, FedEx, speed post, first flight and the delivery will happen between 3-4 working days from the date of purchase of order..
Q11. I want to place an order for today's delivery, which delivery option should I select?
If you desire your order has to deliver today, you need to select the same day delivery option.
Q12. Where all do you deliver?
We have deliveries all across India. There are few Snack items which are available only for specific locations.
Q13. Is there any particular time of delivery?
All orders are delivered during business hours (8 a.m. - 8 p.m.) unless if a customer selects midnight or specific time delivery.
Q14. Can I choose delivery time according to my wish?
Yes. You can choose your specific time of delivery in the product page. However, there will be an additional delivery charge of INR 150 -200 which will be added with the product price.
Q15. Can I get the order delivered midnight?
Yes. You can get the order delivered midnight; however there will be an additional delivery charge of INR 199-299 depending on the location.
Q16. Are there any shipping charges?
Yes, delivery charges are applicable on all orders. This also depends on the time chosen for the delivery. Free Shipping for all orders greater than Rs 2000.

All our orders are delivered via Hand delivery service. We also have Cash on Delivery Service (As of now Only in Hyderabad) around 3 Km from our Dispatch Location. COD is applicable only for the orders placed via telephone. To place the order via telephone, you can call us at +91 9848155830

Country Oven Payment Related FAQ
Q1. How to make payment?
You can make payment through any International or Global Indian credit cards viz Visa and Master cards. Your card will be charged in your local currency even though the prices are mentioned in INR in our site.
Q2. If I order from places other than India, how will I be charged?
Though the prices mentioned in our site are in INR, you will be charged in your local currency equivalent to the value mentioned in INR. It will be automatically calculated as per the prevailing rates.
Country Oven Refund Related FAQ
Q1. What is Country oven return policy?
If a wrong/defective product is delivered, we will be happy to refund 50% of the order value or will deliver a complimentary gift to the same recipient as a token of apology. However, you are required to return the wrong/defective product. To raise a bad delivery complaint, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours at contact@countryoven.com or you can call us to +91 9848155830.
Q2. What if the recipient has refused a delivery?
In such scenarios where recipient refuses to accept the order delivery then the order will be treated as completed and no refund shall be offered.
Q3. What is the refund policy?
We have framed our Refund policies as follows:-
Damaged or Wrongly Shipped Items
  • Non-Perishable: In case of damaged or wrongly shipped items, the request for exchange should be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date. After return of the item as per "Conditions for Return", replacement for damaged/ wrongly shipped items will be made.
  • Perishable Items: In case of perishable items like cakes, flowers and sweets, 50% of the order value will be refunded or a complimentary gift is delivered to the same recipient.
Refund for non-delivery of Items
  • Non-Perishable Items: In case of missed / non-delivery of non-perishable items, while the recipient is away, the order delivery will be attempted once more after the stipulated day. In case of non-delivery of an item altogether, then the refund for the same will be made.
  • Perishable Items: For cakes, flowers and sweets the delivery will be attempted only once. Being perishable in nature, there will be no refund against such items. If the order is missed for delivery from our end then the customer will be provided with the next available delivery day option or a full refund will be made, also customer will be provided with 10% discount option on the next purchase.
Partial-Refunds:
  • Partial Refunds will be made in case of multiple goods being ordered and one/few items amongst that list is/are not delivered. In such cases, customers get refund only against non-executed deliveries.
Refund against cancelled orders:
  • Refund will be made only against approved cancelled orders.
Q4. What are the Conditions for Return
Merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure, your return meets the conditions described.
  1. Soft toys, Metal toys, Kids toys and Personalized Gifts must be returned within 3 Working days.
  2. Perishables and personal care items - May not be returned, unless defective or wrongly delivered.
Note: Refund for item(s) or exchange for damaged/ wrongly shipped item(s) will be made/done after deducting the shipping/handling charges.
Q5. How do I cancel an order?
Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be made up to 1 day prior to the delivery date. However, we will have to deduct 10% cancellation fee for cancelling the order. Note: We cannot cancel the order on the date of delivery.
Q6. How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
It takes up to 2 hours’ time to process cancellation request and the refunded amount will be reflected into your account within 8 to 10 working days of refund initiating date.
Q7. What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

  1. We can credit the complete amount into your Country oven customer wallet so that you can use that amount on your next purchase or on future purchase.
  2. Your amount will be directly credited into your account.
